  For almost 20 years, my wisdom teeth were a constant thorn in the side—literally. I kept putting off having them removed because I was so worried about how painful it would be. The fear of the perceived pain outweighed the actual discomfort I was living with…until it didn’t anymore. Although I’ve lived in Texas for over 20 years, I’m originally from Nebraska, and I don’t trust just anyone with something like this. Dr. Tylka had done my son’s implant a few years ago and took such great care of him, so I felt confident going to him—and he still managed to exceed every expectation I had. The experience was unbelievably easy. I had virtually no pain. I took Tylenol the day of the procedure and the next day, and that was it. No complications, no issues—honestly nothing like I had built up in my head all these years. My only regret is not doing this sooner and saving myself years of actual discomfort because of imagined fear. Dr. Tylka is the best. This office is the best. Truly amazing and totally worth the drive—I can’t recommend them enough!!

  The caring staff made me feel comfortable as they could tell I was nervous coming in on surgery day. When I went in for the consultation a few weeks prior, they gave me an estimate of charges after insurance and answered all my questions. Dr. Zysset has great bed side manner and is very knowledgeable with years of experience! I was put to sleep with IV sedation to remove 4 wisdom teeth and a molar, it was very quick and I had minimal pain with recovery! I highly recommend Dr. Zysset!

  Five starts just aren't enough! Both Dr. Zysset (my Dr.) and Dr. Tylka (my husbands Dr.) are wonderful. All of the staff in this office are a delight! My procedure cost less than the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for explaining everything so completely and making us comfortable. Kudos to you all!!

  Got my wisdom teeth pulled. Front staff was awesome. The doc and aid. I wish I could remember their names, kept me calm. Wait room was comfortable. Now I know everyone is different but it’s been 13 hours after the procedure and I haven’t needed to take any pain relief at all. Great work.
