After paying over $20k to an oral surgeon for implants $20k to this office for hybrid zirconia prosthetics their incompetent staff , who don't know how to do simple dental insurance billing, sent a $90 X-ray bill to a debt collector. Also, during a visit I saw an office staff member making fun of a mentally ill patient. How rude. The lab they use is horrible too. Also, the zirconia hybrid chipped after being told by the dentist it would never happen. Look at the picture. Do you want to spend over $20k to have a chipped tooth? I'll be disputing it and making sure I pass this horrible dental office on to other social media platforms to warn others.
- JRJen ReinbothJan 21, 20265.0Dr. Antholz is the best! We’ve been coming here for several years. When my son took a hit to his front tooth, Dr. Antholz met us at the office right away—even on a weekend. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and truly caring. We couldn’t ask for better care.

I left my home 30 minutes early to get to my appointment, however on the way there was an accident on the highway, so instead of it being a 15 minute drive turned to almost a 30 minute one. On the way, I get a phone call asking if I’m on the way. I tell them I’m about less than 10 minutes out because traffic is absolutely terrible. They tell me they will have to reschedule me to the end of JUNE. No compassion whatsoever. Just that they’re “on a tight schedule” They told me this when I was less than 5 minutes out at this point, and I’m completely done. I had to then turn around my car and head home. This facility isn’t about patient care, there is no professionalism, just straight rude individuals. I’m completely upset and they’re telling me they can put me on a on-call list, I don’t even bother to give them more of my time because they don’t appreciate mine. Will be looming for a new dental place. Good luck to all patients here.
