  When our grandpa was there all the nurses took great care of him. Especially Michelle!! She is wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better few months before leaving us.

Traditions Health Hospice has so many services to offer your loved one: extremely knowledgeable and caring Nurses, compassionate companion and bath aids, phenomenal music and massage therapy, uplifting and comforting spiritual support. What ever you and your family need, Traditions Health Hospice offers. The office runs very smoothly. There is an amazing social worker who is a great liaison and support for the family. I was lucky enough to have this team by my side through my journey with my loved one - from palliative care through end of life. It made all the difference in the world. Do not hesitate to meet with Traditions Health. You won't be sorry.

  They took amazing care of my husband . They were professional, dependable, caring and compassionate. They were always available, which was very important since I was the only caregiver. They made sure I had what I needed, both physically and emotionally, to give my husband the care he needed at the end of his life. Everyone involved in his care was excellent. Highly recommended.

  I can not say enough about the staff at Traditions Hospice. Dementia is not a pretty disease. Every staff member took very special care of my mother in her final days. Their main concern was to keep my mother as comfortable as possible and to allow her to die with dignity. They were always there when needed. And they all showed so much compation towards my mother. We can not thank each staff member enough.
