- JUJerry UAug 26, 20251.0Got my eye exam here back in June, ordered glasses online, sent them back because they were wrong, Ashley Wilcox did my eye exam, which my new prescription was way off not the glasses I ordered online which everyone at Optical gallery blamed, I called to schedule another eye check to make sure the prescription was correct and they wanted to charge me another $50 for a recheck, for the Doctors time, I went to Costco, and Heidi the Optometrist was awesome, She has been an eye Doctor for thirty years, She got my prescription right spot on the first time, I requested a callback from Mike the Owner at Optical Gallery which I never got??! Don’t waste your time or money at Optical Gallery! Go elsewhere, they have lost this families business for good along with their bad attitudes and service! Heidi at Costco Rocks, go their instead!
