Appointment to see Dr Nic Genrich. Came in for a breathing test at 7:15, done by 8:15, THEN HAD TO WAIT TILL 9:00 for a 9:15 APPOINTMENT. THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY AND NO ONE THERE BUT ME!! Needless to say I won’t be back, I’ll travel to Omaha or out of state if I have to from now on. Just ridiculous. Haven’t even met the guy and I’m pissed iff. No wonder my pulse & blood pressure were elevated.

The front desk staff is awful! Rude and condescending for no reason! Also it is nearly impossible to reach someone on the phone if you are needing help. Very unprofessional.

We agree with Gus. We received a recorded message that it was time to make an appointment. There was not even a telephone number on the message. However, I have called back 3 times to get an appointment and had to leave a message. No one has responded to those 3 messages to set up an appointment.

I had at terrific appt when I hadJill the therapist who was amazing! she was so kind and so patient and understanding and very good at telling you the test that you're going to take and why and then guiding you through it. The second time however was that quite as lovely. I arrived 4 minutes late because of the traffic and one of the garages being closed. I apologize at the front desk but obviously it didn't matter because when the nurse came and got me to bring me back I asked her if I could stop to go to the bathroom, she said no I can't do that we're already late and behind on appointments. She said she was sorry that she couldn't accommodate me but she was trying to keep up with the time. I'm thinking how long can it take to go to the bathroom? So I was very uncomfortable for the first 10 minutes of her asked me dumb questions and then trying to hold it and I told her about the traffic and the closures and she's like yeah I know it's bad, but obviously doesn't care. Well then when she went to go leave to get the doctor she's like well now you have your 2 minutes go to the bathroom cuz I have other things to do. So when I came back to the room the doctor came in and it was nice enough but not very interested in what I was telling him about my symptoms and didn't really explain very well what was happening and what we could do to get it to be better I think he was just trying to get to the next appointment, he was at super friendly but he also wasn't horrible just not what I usually expect from doctors, concern respect understanding explaining. Then I had another nurse come in and try to explain to me about the inhaler she acted like I should know what it was or how to use it. Then she explained it very quickly and after I said okay can I get that written down somewhere or is that going to be somewhere where I can see it oh yeah I will give you something when you leave. Yeah It never happened, I ended up looking it up on YouTube. Well I call back a couple times cuz I had some issues and especially this morning when I was out of breath still on my chest is very congested and feels almost worse from the inhaler. She didn't even call me back she just sent a message to the portal saying the two different kinds of inhalers and then I must not be using this spacer right and that I could come and get shown how to use it. I don't think it's me not knowing how to use the spacer, I think it's the way that it's shaped my mouth doesn't adapt to it very well. I would say I'm not very impressed at all which I guess I shouldn't be surprised since Bryan hospital always gives less care and CHI/st e's always is better for health issues imo. I found out that chi has a pulmonary area so I'm going to try to switch over.
