  Not impressed with the level of service. I do not recommend. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or return your call.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to become a new patient and they told me to fill out a form and they would get back to me to schedule my appointment. It took them two weeks to reach out because they were switching over systems. When I finally heard back from them it took yet another 2-3 weeks to schedule my initial appointment. I was running 10 min late after coming all the way across town . I called to let them know I was running late and they had me on hold for 5 minutes. At this point in time I was 3 minutes away and they told me I would need to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I took off time from work, I had a legitimate reason to be late. Maybe other dr's aren't so horrible, but don't waste your time with Dr. Kaufmann. Would give zero stars if that was an option. So much for mental health care. Why make it so hard to access decent care?

  Not a very good place to go for help. I went two years ago over a zoom meeting Covid*. I was offered counseling the counselor Cassandra Munger thought my insurance would cover counseling sessions. I took four session and then was told my insurance does not cover it. We agreed that it was a mistake on the facility’s end. I was then generous enough to pay 25$ per session 100$ even. Two years later every six months I still get bills for $300 I call to ask “I’ll turn your info over to billing” they never call back with information.
