    Do not come here for dental care. At all. I left my home 30 minutes early to get to my appointment, however on the way there was an accident on the highway, so instead of it being a 15 minute drive turned to almost a 30 minute one. On the way, I get a phone call asking if I’m on the way. I tell them I’m about less than 10 minutes out because traffic is absolutely terrible. They tell me they will have to reschedule me to the end of JUNE. No compassion whatsoever. Just that they’re “on a tight schedule” They told me this when I was less than 5 minutes out at this point, and I’m completely done. I had to then turn around my car and head home. This facility isn’t about patient care, there is no professionalism, just straight rude individuals. I’m completely upset and they’re telling me they can put me on a on-call list, I don’t even bother to give them more of my time because they don’t appreciate mine. Will be looming for a new dental place. Good luck to all patients here.

    You have kids? Don’t bring them as they won’t attend you because apparently they do not have compassion for parents who children are crying. Couldn’t even give me a minute to calm down my son due to him waking up recently to make it to my appointment. Had to reschedule just for that purpose and I do not have anyone to take care of my child. Ridiculous. You guys aren’t parents? Are your children perfect?

    Been my dentist for many years. Dr. Lacey is fantastic, his dental assistants are top notch.

    Dr. Donner called me the evening after I had my wisdom teeth removed from her personal cell phone to see how I was doing. This is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to.

    Dr Donner it's the best dentist in town. She's professional and very caring to her patients wants and needs. I highly recommend going to the office for all your dental needs.
