    We miscarried at 6 weeks. I continued to carry until almost 12 weeks. I went in for my first ultrasound at 7 weeks, the tech looks at the sac and simply says "Oh no, that's not good" , and sends my husband and I to the waiting room so she can contact the on-call doctor. Not even 5 minutes later, she pulls us back through the doors and around the corner, where she tells us to prepare to possibly miscarry and they'll see us back in 10 days. I was told in a hallway by an ultrasound technician to prepare for a miscarriage. Ten days later we come back for another ultrasound with the same tech, and we had the same experience. I'm not a medical professional, but I don't believe it was the technician's job to deliver such devastating news in such a cold way. After the ultrasound we met with Dr. Eisenhauer who presented us with our options for miscarriage. As I started to cry, I was reassured with a "This sucks, you wanted a baby." Really? The next day we switched providers, a process in which this clinic dragged out over three days. Mind you, that's three more days continuing to carry an empty sac. Our already heartbreaking and devastating loss was very poorly handled by the staff at this clinic, they were not kind or empathetic during this time. I do not recommend this clinic at all, if I could give zero stars, I would. Nobody should EVER have to experience miscarriage the way we did. Shame on all the staff we encountered who were so cold and rude to us while we were trying to process and grieve the loss of our baby.

    I love this place, Dr. Fassen is thorough, loving and always covers all areas of my annual check up and listens to any concerns I have. Cannot say enough about this office and the staff, they go above and beyond in every aspect of my care, from follow up with results, etc. and always kind words. I’ve been a patient since 1984 Dr. Hutchins delivered our daughter. Highly recommend to all!!
