  Terrible service. Walked in to look at ask question. I got cut off and told if I can’t use appropriate language then I won’t be helped. Said I was immature. Would not recommend buying there at the gateway mall location. Completely unprofessional and rude all the way around

  So I sat and read the reviews of this gnc and saw a theme, people were unhappy with the service they received from "john". After visiting I can say those reviews are accurate. He was friendly and polite right up until I politely declined to give him my email upon checkout. Once he herd that I was unwilling to share this information it was as if I switch was flipped. He became despondent and cold while starting at me as if he was looking into my soul. John, of you're reading this I pray you know how much you're loved by Christ, of not, when you learn the depths of his love for you these little offenses will no longer cause you such anger and hostility, and you will find freedom and peace in the lord. Anyway, praying for you brother, God bless.

  Horrible customer service by “John”. He took it personal and got completely quiet when I didn’t want to sign up for rewards or give them my email/phone number. All this after he explained creatine products to me like I’d never seen a gym before (plus I didn’t ask to be educated). I will not be coming back to this GNC and I don’t know how this guy is still employed there.

  Who is this so called "manager" at the GNC in the mall? "John" doesn't know what the meaning of customer service is! I'm letting my friends and family know not to go there anymore!

  I do suppose they could offer much more plant based nutrition and help the shift to healthier lifestyles for their guests. I’m not a fan of the volitile names of some of their products, however, that is a personal opinion. Squat. Lift. Run. Repeat
