At Capital Dental, the envinronment is clean and comfortable, and the staff is so friendly, I felt at ease right away- despite my dental emergency! The exam/procedure room was comfortable, with a big screen monitor to see your x-rays, then there is a monitor on the ceiling above you with peaceful images playing, along with good music! Dr. Chapek was incredibly nice and had a wonderful bedside manner. I went into the procedure without any questions as he explained everything clearly and in a way anyone could understand. I spent 20 years working in a medical field, and these guys got it down! Thank you, Dr. Chapek, and to the staff at Capital Dental! Well done!
- ACAmanda ChaseDec 13, 20255.0I visited their office for an emergency tooth extraction. I had broken my tooth the day prior. They were so kind and quick at helping me set up my appointment. Once I arrived they swiftly got me checked in and completed my x-rays immediately. After they reviewed my x-rays with me, they asked if I wanted my extra wisdom tooth removed as well. I hesitantly agreed. They numbed me up and proceeded to remove both teeth. I can't say it was painless, but it wasn't unbearable. It actually went much faster than I had thought. They were thorough regarding educating me of my post op care. After I left the clinic, I received a text from my nurse indicating that this was her personal number and that I should feel free to message her if I had any post op questions outside of clinic hours. I am so grateful to have stumbled upon such an incredible dental group. Did I mention that they even accepted my Medicaid!!! Basically, if you are in need of any emergency dental services, or have had some awful dental experiences in your past; I truly recommend giving a call to the incredible folks at Capital Dental.
