  Most unwelcoming place I've ever been to. I have never donated before but wanted to start because I have RH- blood. I walked in and nobody greeted me so I stood around for about 3 minutes and decided to sit down and hope for the best. One of the ladies working just looked at me like I wasnt supposed to be there so I asked her " hey I never been here before what do I do" and she replied " well it's going to be. Hot minute before we even think about getting to you" I said that's okay.. and she said to go sit and wait then. I walked out. I'll go to the other place

  Totally unreliable. On average, I have to call once a week to get the money I’m entitled to. They keep making mistakes, but always to their own benefit. They’re great at taking your plasma, but not at paying.

  Shout out to Megan, Eli, & Derek. Megan & Eli for quickly noticing an issue with the machine I was hooked to & resolving it quickly. Derek thank you very much for getting me a new card & getting my balance transferred over quickly. You guys can always be busy on Saturdays but just the same, coming there for my Saturday donation is easy & rewarding cause all three of you are genuinely good people. Thanks ya'll!
