Ashland Cooper is an outstanding caregiver, she is very good at helping me with my daily activities that otherwise I wouldn't be able to do on my own. Home Instead and Ashland have been with me since the day I came home from the nursing home. Home Instead is a great place to have your needs met, I would give 5 stars but the communication between the clients and the business could be a little better with the right practice. Otherwise I am very pleased with the caregiver I have and the company she works for

Thank you so much for being so kind to mother! My Mom loves the people she has working with her. She seems happier than she ever has, I wish we had gotten the help for her sooner. Every time I call the office with questions everyone is so patient with me. I feel bad having so many questions, but you always make the time for me. I truly appreciate that. I recommend you all every chance I get.

I have had a very fortunate meeting of Amber Raine. She was very and is a true carrying person. She has been a true support in her career as a careperson..I should know. A little history on me. I have been caring for people for over 20yrs. I was a CNA and ran high end family homes and I ran state homes. I then tool over care of my mother for 12yrs. I lost her last October 21from a fall. Then moved here from Oregon and met Amber at my granddaughter dance practice. She connected to me and I could feel the respect from her. She truly understands Homecare. So Home Instead is very fortunate to have her. She is a true human.

I normally never leave reviews, however I called Home Instead and talked with so many helpful staff members. Family is the most importantly thing to us, and because it’s a difficult topic, I was nervous. However, these guys took the time to actually answer my questions, and address my concerns that I had. They made my call feel like I wasn’t an obligation, or just an everyday phone call, but as if I was someone they were comfortable with. They were so knowledgeable and helpful, they actually gave us so many different resources and choices that it didn't feel mandatory. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness!

Home Instead has been an answered prayer for my husband and I. He has Parkinson's with some dementia. We had another Agency that could not keep "consistent" care. This was not only frustrating for my husband but for me as well. We never knew who was going to show up. That is not the case with Home Instead. They are professionals. They communicate with you not only by phone and computer but in person! You know who will be in your home "before" they are scheduled! They do their best to align personalities. My husband seems to thrive with the care he receives from Home Instead. Not too long ago my husband wanted his care person to bath him instead of me. Music to my ears!!!
