I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who offered me a beverage. I came 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and my specialist Judy greeted me with a smile and promptly took me to her office. She reminded me it was time for a hearing test. First though she took both of my hearing aids for cleaning and a small repair. Then we completed the hearing test with similar results to my last test. My hearing aids were now performing noticeably better than when I arrived. We scheduled another checkup in 4 months and I was on my way in 20 minutes or so. This was an example of excellent service from start to finish. Thank You
