- VMv midgeOct 24, 20254.0Really great value for the money. Open 24 hours and it's almost always staffed. I've been in several gyms and this is BY FAR the cleanest. Friendly and not meat-market-y, at all. I wish they had more hamstring machines, a hip thrust machine and a little more equipment overall (Belts, steps, barbells to load weights on, etc) . But again, for the price, this is the best value I've seen. It's annoying to unload machines when others leave their plates on them. Also annoying to wait around for equipment while people are just dorking around ...putting their stuff on benches and then walkingaway for 10 minutes. Or trying to claim 3 machines at once. .. some kind of enforcement of the rules would be optimal.

Entering in mornings, Sue greets us in the dark of dawn and is a ray of sunshine and a smile! It is easy to find an available machine. There is the sporadic sound of other staff also cleaning making sure there is no debris around. The Black Card is worth it with the spa's ammenities of tanning, red light therapy, and the water massage tables! My wife and I brag about coming here as it is the very next best thing to working out outside! Five Stars! 🌟
