- JJjazSep 25, 20253.0I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I called to refill my meds, the automated system wasn’t helping so I called to speak with someone at the pharmacy. I was immediately answered by a man with a rude tone. He asked for my date of birth and name, and as I’m spelling out my last name (spelled different than how it sounds) he immediately cuts me off. I kinda chuckled it off, but he proceeds to talk to me with an attitude the remainder of the call. People have bad days- I get it, but this attitude from this man was unnecessary, especially in a field where you’re interacting with customers who are just trying to get their medication for chronic illnesses, mental health, pain, etc. The ladies here are always very sweet and helpful so it was disappointing to have this experience.
