  I’ve come here for a couple months, it seems each time I go it’s the same employee at the counter. White guy, average height, always wears black scrubs. He was very rude on one occasion when I asked about a copay that I wasn’t supposed to have, when I asked him if there was any reason he could think of behind the copay, he glared at me and simply stated the price and said nothing else. My MD office found the copay odd as well. I figured it had something to do with my insurance and moved on. Today went through the drive thru which I haven’t used before, saw him, saw he appeared to be busy with something else. The sign says to “press button for service” so I did, to which he turned around and made an angry face at me and lifted his arms and hands at me like I had done something wrong. I was genuinely confused, I was doing what the sign said. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an employee be so rude to a customer in any setting. The pharmacist came over and I apologized to him thinking I had done something wrong and he said I hadn’t. I’m sure I’m not the first customer that this individual has been really rude to. At this point, I’m choosing a new pharmacy because of this. There hasn’t been a single positive interaction I’ve had with him. Outside of being really rude, he otherwise is silent and it’s a wordless transaction, and I feel like I can’t ask any questions without him being rude or writing me off.

  I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now and never had a problem until today. I called to refill my meds, the automated system wasn’t helping so I called to speak with someone at the pharmacy. I was immediately answered by a man with a rude tone. He asked for my date of birth and name, and as I’m spelling out my last name (spelled different than how it sounds) he immediately cuts me off. I kinda chuckled it off, but he proceeds to talk to me with an attitude the remainder of the call. People have bad days- I get it, but this attitude from this man was unnecessary, especially in a field where you’re interacting with customers who are just trying to get their medication for chronic illnesses, mental health, pain, etc. The ladies here are always very sweet and helpful so it was disappointing to have this experience.

  I can’t believe I stayed at Walgreens so long when I could have been getting exceptional service from Bakers Pharmacy. Switching was the best decision I ever made.

  This pharmacy sucks. I've had multiple times where I've came to pick up a prescription and they aren't ready, but have had all day to fill. And I even come when they tell me to, and they still aren't ready. While waiting in line I was told they would call my name, an hour goes by and they never did. Also got cut in line when I was waiting to tell them I've been waiting an hour. Never again am I coming here

  The Pharmacy Team at Bakers Twin Creek is superb! Each individual is kind, empathic, and professional. I moved my scripts from another Pharmacy to Baker’s at Twin Creek -which turned out to be a positive decision for me. The drive up window and their Business Hours make it convenient for most schedules. Thank you for your exception service!
