We rely on their team to help care for our immuno‑compromised and medically‑fragile son so he can safely avoid daycare and the illnesses that often come with it. Each caregiver who has come into our home has felt like an extension of our family — warm, dependable, and genuinely invested in his well‑being. They don’t just “watch” him. They play with him, help him practice and progress through his therapies, and gently encourage him to try new things. Their presence has allowed him to grow, learn, and stay safe, all while being surrounded by people who truly care. Home Instead’s mission of compassionate, person‑centered care shines through in their communication, skill, and thoughtful relationships. We are incredibly grateful for the reliability and peace of mind they bring into our home. We couldn’t recommend the Beatrice team more highly.

The office staff is also very caring, helpful and always easy to work with. It is a huge comfort to me having them keep watch over my mom since I do not live in same area.

He cannot drive and having them come has given him the independence he needs. They take him wherever he wants to go and sometimes even introduce him to their families. His caretakers are willing to do whatever he needs to enable him to stay in his own home. We are very grateful for this service.
