- CHChristie Lynn HendersonJul 30, 20195.0The ladies were very friendly and helpful. My mom-in-law actually had some Beltone hearing aids that weren't working and we thought we needed a new pair. The ladies were able to clean them out but did recommend some service through Beltone so I guess we will have to send them off. No high pressure sales but totally helpful. We were sad they don't work with medicare/silverscript, but they were will g to work with us in what we needed which is the best kind of customer service. Highly recommend them.
