I had no issues with waiting. I don't remember her name she was so nice made me feel very comfortable.. she was very patient, not in a rush all her attention was on me. I got my glasses an hour later. I do come back to have them fix one of my pairs. Absolutely no problem everyone was super nice and busy that they handle that professional! I highly recommend them!
