- CWCasey WedinMar 22, 20222.0The optometrist is very nice and works well with kids. However, the customer service experience is like dealing with a telemarketer or getting an oil change. Prepare to have added charges aside from a proper exam. We asked for just an exam and were told the additional work is now required since COVID. We have a family High Option plan that is one of the best available. Their add ons are something they have decided as a business practice. Buyer beware!
