  They will provide eye glasses costing $$, but not provide a simple case for them. Simple expectation which the store failed to follow through. Customer service reps only shrugged shoulders when asked.

  I needed a replacement pair of prescription glasses, with progressive lens. The service was prompt and friendly, the prescription was accurate, the price was better than I could have imagined, and they were ready in 1 1/2 hours! Would definitely recommend.

  Great selection, great help with choosing well fitting frames for your face. Very quick service for the single vision pairs and great communicating when everything is ready for pick up. Not to mention affordable options for any age.

  The staff was very welcome, as they always are..this makes about the third time purchased eyeglasses from Eyemart in Fargo ,they were pretty busy the day I went course it was a Saturday, , they greeted me right away. I had to wait a little while, but not not too very long, my glasses were done before they even said they would be done when I went back to pick up my glasses, it was getting close to closing time for them and they were cleaning ,the the whole staff was doing something. They weren't just standing around even though there was no customers in there at that time until I walked in, they were all smiling and from the atmosphere in the room seemed like they were all just having a nice day even though they were putting up with picky customers. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and as i was leaving they made sure to tell me to have a nice day and that they hoped I was satisfied and that I had achieved what I was looking for in my eyeglasses , not to mention their low , cheap price , two pairs of eyeglasses bifocals for less than two hundred dollars. I regret that I didn't catch the lady's name that helped me out, but she was also very friendly and beat. Although me and my sister-in-law were talking just chatter, she didn't interrupt this, she waited until we were done and then she proceeded to ask me questions and what else I like about them. Is that you can you don't have to have your eye exam done there? You can bring your prescription in and they will still make your glasses
