I have been using the Good Feet Store for about 3 years and I have noticed a steady decline in the service. The last time I was there (February 15, 2026) The gal was very dismissive. She stated I had already been in twice in the last 6 months and there is nothing wrong with my insoles. I was and still am having pain in my feet. She did the impressions and both showed black on the balls of my feet....meaning a lot of pressure but she told me the insoles were fine and I left. My husband said she was just rude. I will be going back one more time and hope for better results. I have to drive over 2 hours to get there so I don't go on a whim. VERY disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at The Good Feet Store. Justin helped me with my foot pain when I honestly felt like I had run out of options. I’m still young (before 30) and shouldn’t have been dealing with that level of pain, but Justin listened carefully to everything I was going through and made me feel truly heard.
It’s been about a month and a half, which is why I waited to write this review. The strengtheners process was definitely tough at first and I was sore, but I stuck with it and used the relaxans arch support they recommended. My feet feel so much better now, and I even noticed how much of a difference the supports made when I tried wearing regular shoes without them.
Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging the whole time. As a nurse who’s on my feet a lot, that support meant everything to me. I walked in feeling discouraged and walked out with hope and real relief. If you’re dealing with foot pain, I truly recommend Justin and the Fargo team, you will feel cared for and supported every step of the way.

Just visited the Good Feet Store in Fargo ND on Saturday for an appointment for myself ! We walked in ( husband - daughter and I ). We were greeted by Justin and he walked us thru the entire process on trying to work with inserts to improve my quality of life and HappyFeet . I was all in .. after being thru the entire spiel .. I asked if he could do a consult on my husband as well even though I did not make an appt for him ! Justin was great to jump into action and help him as well . WE BOTH LEFT WITH THE INSERTS AND HAD A VERY PLEASANT MOMDAY ( with much less pain than the two of us have ever had in a long time ) WE ARE BITH BEYOND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS THAT WE WERE SOLD !!! THANK YOU JUSTIN !!! I will be referring others your way …

I am someone with very flat feet and have had custom orthotics since I was in high school. I don’t wear my custom orthotics religiously since I have a ton of shoes and my orthotics don’t fit in all my shoe types. I don’t have feet pain but I do occasionally get pinched nerves. I came into the store looking for around the house shoes with support. Nikowa helped me and went through and explained their three step system. To sum it up I left with their system and a new pair of around the house shoes. I left feeling very satisfied and educated. I am very excited to start wearing my new insoles!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
