- JZJamie ZutzSep 6, 20253.0Not too happy. I've been going here for years.. I have been paying an arm and a leg to have scratch protect and Don and my glasses that I got 2 months ago. We're so scratched, I could barely see out of them. They asked if I used the glass as cloth and I did, and then they asked, what do you use to clean it?And I said, water, and they're like, oh no, you can't use water on them.... What I can't use water... So instead of them covering faulty lens codings, I had to use my warranty that should last me. Almost a year on them not too impressed. Having, it's been coming there fur over twenty years.. I'm thinking lenscrafters, or something like that will get my business from here on out.... It all went downhill when deb left
