- LSLakpa SherpaJul 1, 20251.0(0 stars if I could) I had a very disappointing experience with Pearl Vision. Initially, I was told that both my lenses and frames would be fully covered by my insurance. Based on that, they processed everything and charged me for the glasses. I received my lenses two weeks later. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email in December saying I had an outstanding balance. When I called to ask about it, they told me my insurance didn't cover the glasses after all. I asked why I was told otherwise in the beginning, and they simply said, “We don’t know.” Apparently, it showed as covered at first, but later it didn’t. What’s worse is that they never informed me when they found out the insurance wouldn’t cover it. If they had told me earlier, I could have returned the glasses. I didn’t receive any communication until December, and by then, they were threatening to send my account to collections if I didn’t pay. I ended up paying the balance in monthly installments just to avoid further issues, but I will never go back to this company again. I would not recommend Pearl Vision to anyone. This review is to create awareness and help others be cautious when dealing with this company.

If you pick out a new pair of glasses they will help you find similar pairs to ones you like and tell you if they think it fits your face
