My wife and I brought our two little girls, thinking it would be maybe an hour apt. We show up and the eye doctor just left for lunch. We didn’t know this until sitting and going up to ask what the wait was for. Mind you we showed up early and we still had to wait one hour just to start the process. Safe to say won’t be going back. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to check eyes and get new lenses. Thankfully our kids didn’t cry the entire time. They handled it better than my wife and I.
