- LCLogan CookJul 29, 20241.0I wanted to switch my contact prescription that is only 7 months old and should be valid for a year from dailies to monthlies, so I contacted the store and was given the runaround for a week until I got someone on the phone that said I needed to come in for a whole eye exam in order to change the prescription. I was told on that phone call that the eye exam would be covered by my insurance, so I go to the exam to be told that my prescription hasn’t changed at all. And after the exam I am given an $80 bill for items that I was never told were optional/not covered. If you enjoy being swindled come here and buy contacts for twice the price you can get them anywhere else.
