- KCKari CarlsonMar 12, 20255.0My 5 yr old son started OT when he was 4.5 for emotional regulation and needing help with distractions and some aggressive behaviors. Brianna has been nothing but amazing since she stepped into our sons life with her OT lessons. The fact she comes to his daycare and gives him fun "table time", he is learning how to regulate his big feelings so much better, he is learning how to stop and take breaths before frustration takes over. He looks forward to his OT time, he loves it! He is learning life skills that will only benefit him through his whole life. We feel excited for kindergarten and ready for him to tackle anything. Thank you for the amazing work!
- JJJennifer JohnsonJan 22, 20251.0Awful place to do business with communication with billing was never explained to me until a police officer showed up at my job. They’re telling me I owe them 4000 and are trying to have my wages garnished. If you want therapy go to Myna therapy. The same happened over there and they were normal and wiped the bill as it isn’t fair to be charging a single mom with a kid who has a developmental disability the full amount that MA wouldn’t have even covered. Absolutely ridiculous and wish she was never seen there. Unimpressed is an understatement, do not send your children there as if billing doesn’t work out you will be responsible and their lack of mailing out is apparently your problem not theirs. Rachel is not a nice person :) Many of their therapists have left too due to the bad work environment which is why I went to Myna where the same issue was had and they wrote off the bill. If you need help go to Myna as they knew about this issue in a month rather than 4.

They are good about letting us know what they've worked on and giving us the tools and exercises to work on when we get home. We have seen a DRASTIC improvement since starting our therapies and we've never felt like we were in the wrong place. Thank you to everyone at Interact!
