- KCKari CarlsonMar 12, 20255.0My 5 yr old son started OT when he was 4.5 for emotional regulation and needing help with distractions and some aggressive behaviors. Brianna has been nothing but amazing since she stepped into our sons life with her OT lessons. The fact she comes to his daycare and gives him fun "table time", he is learning how to regulate his big feelings so much better, he is learning how to stop and take breaths before frustration takes over. He looks forward to his OT time, he loves it! He is learning life skills that will only benefit him through his whole life. We feel excited for kindergarten and ready for him to tackle anything. Thank you for the amazing work!
- BCBeth ConnorsNov 27, 20241.0Horrible place to do business with. Communication with billing is extremely poor and unprofessional. They failed to communicate correct billing fees, I was told a price in the beginning by the front desk and then 4 months later notified by Shelly, I had a past due account. Very disappointing when we paid out of pocket and put our trust in them and not once had I known Shelly was in charge of the billing. Also, they were not accommodating to us when we were traveling from an hour and a half away. Waste of time for me and complete waste of money.

The communication between the therapist and us has been phenomenal. Our little guy is always soo excited to see Becca for speech and Brooke for OT. Thank you for helping our little one progress in so many ways and providing us as parents, the tools to help at home!

They are good about letting us know what they've worked on and giving us the tools and exercises to work on when we get home. We have seen a DRASTIC improvement since starting our therapies and we've never felt like we were in the wrong place. Thank you to everyone at Interact!
