  GNC has had several promotions this year where they offer $.90 drinks and snacks. This location reduces their stock to only have enough of the item for a handful of customers and then they let the shelves sit empty until the special is done. This location is a disgrace and should be reprimanded for false advertising and abysmal customer service.

  It took 3 weeks to receive the order, only after email after email of complaining. After 2 weeks of no tracking info I contacted GNC and was told they made a mistake and never sent my order. Then offered me free overnight shipping in which i reluctantly accepted. After 7 more days, i contacted GNC since there was no tracking info. After waiting 2 days for a response from GNC, they said sometimes it can take 2-4 days to get the order when expedited, even after I took a screen shot of the order with no tracking after 7 days as proof. I then ordered other product and I requested the order be cancelled and GNC refused to cancel it. Dont waste your time and money with a supremely subpar organization! The customer service was atrocious.

  The workers seemed to act bothered by a customer. The price was listed as 24.99 but I was charged 29.99. When I asked about the discrepancies she said she didn't make the tags. I work in customer service and I'm not sure why anyone would hire her for that position.
