They're always putting on fun activities for the residents, and truly seem to care about their well being and happiness. The facility is nicely furnished and updated. The admissions process was streamlined and the staff were easy to work with.

She looks out for my grandma, respects my recommendations regarding my grandma's medications and lab work (I'm a pharmacist), and contacts the physician timely for order clarifications and potential changes. Jay directed me toward the physician who also believes in getting to the root of the problem and not just adding more medications to treat side effects of others. She updates my uncle and myself timely with any changes and always has a great attitude. We appreciate her so much!
