My experience with Jay is the reason for the 5 star rating. She looks out for my grandma, respects my recommendations regarding my grandma's medications and lab work (I'm a pharmacist), and contacts the physician timely for order clarifications and potential changes. Jay directed me toward the physician who also believes in getting to the root of the problem and not just adding more medications to treat side effects of others. She updates my uncle and myself timely with any changes and always has a great attitude. We appreciate her so much!

The food was terrible! Most unbalanced and tasteless food I've ever eaten. I complained and that made things worse for me. I have a food allergy to mustard and if something was served that had mustard in it, I didn't get a substitute, I just went without. I got my phone taken away for taking pictures of the food and reporting it. Thankfully, I no longer live there! I recently read an article in the Fargo Forum about a man that died there due to being punched by another patient. When I was there I got a cup of hot coffee thrown in my face by a female client. No actions were taken. I am so grateful to be out there.

Our mom is happy there and everyone seems very nice. We have been there all hours of the day. She seems to be getting good care so far!!

I had a parent living at Mapleview in Grand Forks and every time I went to visit my dad he had a new skin tear or bruise. There was a time that i went to visit him and both his arms were wrapped up from wrist to elbow in bloody bandages! I was never called or even updated on my fathers injuries which very much upset me. When I asked one of the aids what had happened to my father she said that she wasn't the one to talk to and that I would need to talk to one of the nurses who were gone for the weekend. I feel like everytime I needed to talk to a nurse or someone in management they were never there and the aids were running the facility.
