I ordered two pair of reading prescription glasses that I had a prescription for in that store. Was told it would be up to a week to get them because their machine was broken. they called me two days later and said they were ready. When I picked them up they were generic reading lenses. I told Rhonda that they were not right she said "well did I I order them correctly" I said yes. This went on for quite some time with her being contrary and contradictive to everything I said as if she was not even listening to me. Then she said I was getting angry and got someone else to help me. I was told that they would reorder them. A week has gone by I went to pick them up this morning and was told that it would be up to two weeks to get them I drove back across town and then got an email that they were ready. I am very unhappy with the service there. It makes no sense to go there and be treated like that. So much confusion for such a simple thing.
