The classes are perfect for gaining strength, increasing range of motion and have low-impact options. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable, helping correct form to increase results! All ages, all sizes are welcome here.

Very friendly and clean atmosphere! Loved my class with Alicia, who led my Flow 1 class on Sunday. I recommended this studio to a co-worker and she really liked the introductory class, as well! All of the staff members are awesome and accommodating! They were great at guiding and answering questions.

Club has been great! I was nervous to start something new but they made it a breeze. They offer so many different classes and different instructors so you can find who works best for you. The class always leaves me feeling great!

I attended the free intro class and was immediately hooked. The instructors are fantastic and every class is different, which I love. The studio is very clean and they always have fun giveaways and activities going on. I would definitely recommend Club Pilates to beginners and seasoned Pilates fans!
