Miracle ear cant be beat AAAA+ Let me tell you why. All products have problems that's just a way it is but how a company handles it is the real test of a company. I had one of my aids quit and I really needed it to be fixed quickly. I contacted Miracle Ear and they located an office nearest to me and got me an appointment for the next morning. Oh did I tell you I was on vacation or that it was 8:00pm when I called? Next day I arrived for my appointment and found that the aid had to be sent back to the factory BUT it would be OK because they had a loaner that I could use. LOANER? Wow I have heard horror stories about other companies that have you just do without until the repairs are complete but a loaner? Imagine that. The repairs took 2 weeks (they sent me a new one) and all has been great since. I know good hearing aids are costly but I recommend Miracle Ear for the best bang for your buck. The initial price isn't always the real price of the aid. Good service or lack thereof, product reliability and knowledge of the company personnel all add or subtract from the cost of the aids.
