He informed me that he was new, but he still had valuable information for me, as I don't know much about supplements. I went in looking for pre-workout in post-workout powders with some specific needs (zero calorie and caffeine free). He was able to locate some for me and give me recommendations/alternatives, plus he told me about some benefits and setbacks of most of the nutrients. I was pleased with my service and would return.
