  I’ve been a rider at CycleBar Bismarck for years, and I can honestly say—if you’ve never tried spin or think you already know what it’s like, this will surprise you. I used to judge spin classes too, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. This is nothing like what you’ve imagined. They truly mean it when they say it’s a party on a bike. The energy, the music, the instructors, and the community make every ride feel empowering and fun all at once. You really have to experience it to understand it. Whether you’re brand new or have been riding for years, CycleBar Bismarck finds a way to pull you in and make you feel strong, motivated, and completely hooked.
