  Worst experience I have ever had at the south location was today. My 10 year old wanted to try out contacts. They had him read the "proper" way to do it and then went against what the paper said. The lady helping him was rude for one, touching his contact, and letting him drop it on their dirty counter and not having him clean it before trying to reapply. She closed the door and when i went in, tried telling me to get out of the room which will never happen because I was trying to show him the proper way just like the paper said.. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED!

  They had issues with their online booking so I showed up only to be told I didn’t have an appointment- luckily the Dr who was there (I dont know his name- he looks like Coach Beard from Ted Lasso) said he would see me anyways!! My eye troubles ended up being a non issue- and he was super nice on top of everything. Thank-you! 💖

  Was told my eye appointment was on Aug 30th on my phone call. I tried calling back to get the correct time for my appointment . I was never called back . Arrived at my appointment on the 30th of August was told it was the 29th of August Not only was I never called to get my correct time for my appointment. But after several calls to get my appointment verified I was never called back not once . Even today August 30th I called to get verification for my appointment.. was never called back . This was a very bad experience with your company . Patients who pay for their services for their eyes should be treated more respectfully..

  I have to admit that I do not have too nice experiences from visiting the Bis-Man ophthalmologist Dr. Neumiller. I needed bifocal glasses, but I decided to try contact lenses instead, asking the doctor whether he would have such lenses for me. He told me that “we do not have such a good technology yet to produce a soft bifocal lenses, you can only buy hard lenses as a bifocal". Besides that, his attitude was very unpleasant. In less than two years later, I left for another state, and what turned out. The soft bifocal lenses have been produced for many years! Unbelievable! Did this doctor not have enough information about this topic? or maybe he did not want to help me. I was very disappointed with my visit.
