  Since i live closer to this location and not having to drive far to the other novant health clinic, i walked in since i felt really sick and cant talk nor swallow, i was told that since i DONT have any “ESTABLISHED CARE” with them i cant be seen today. All he could offer is an appointment for Dec 29th?! Are you kidding me?! I am sick TODAY!!!! This the worse experience and as well never coming to this location. I might as well switch my sons appointments somewhere else. Who knows if they do the same thing about my sons care that needed to be established as well in order to be seen.

  Located this PCP because of a recent move. I had a feeling because of the location this was going to be a bad experience, I was right. I totally regret it. Came in for my appointment 5 min early, got seen 20 min past my appt time. Once I spoke up about it, they called my named in seconds. Go figure! Felt completely blown off and rushed. I had more concerns but didn’t speak up bc I really felt rushed. Doctor supposedly prescribed me meds but didn’t put in the order to the pharmacy. Never going back.

  The nurse forgot to give me the prescription at the doctor prescribed for me and they didn't know how to work the equipment for my COPD testing
