  Definitely not kid friendly. Took my little one here and they inserted a piece of plastic to hep keep her mouth open. My little one complained and said it was hurting. They literally looked at her and said “no it’s not”, like it was in their mouth or something. Once my little one started crying really bad. I told them to take it out. And what do you know you. The piece of plastic pinch my baby girls lip and caused it to bleed and swell. Their response was I’m sorry. I didn’t know. Um ma'am she literally told you ! TERRIBLE GROUP OF PEOPLE

  I have lived in Winston Salem all my life. I have NEVER seen any cars in the parking lot. Is this legit or another fraud front???

  This office is extremely frustrating to deal with. Appointments are constantly being rescheduled, often with little notice, because the doctor has to leave early or is focused on opening another location. Instead of honest, professional scheduling, patients are left dealing with excuses and disruptions. Even when you do manage to keep an appointment, you’re still forced to wait far past your scheduled time. The only positive has been with the front desk staff. They are consistently friendly and apologetic, clearly doing their best to deal with the chaos. Unfortunately, their kindness doesn’t make up for the continuous scheduling issues and long wait times. I would not recommend this office.

  I’ve been to this office multiple times with my children, and each visit has raised concerns about professionalism. On our last visit, the person who cleaned my children’s teeth was wearing leggings and a sweatshirt. No scrubs or proper uniform. This made the environment feel very unprofessional. I’ve also seen this same staff member wandering the office on her phone during previous visits and having loud disagreements with the dentist in Spanish. She has assisted the dentist during cavity fillings as well, yet is never dressed in what appears to be standard clinical attire which raises serious concerns about professionalism, hygiene, and patient safety. As a parent, this makes me question staff roles and whether everyone treating patients is properly qualified. In my opinion, this kind of lack of professionalism should not happen in a dental practice, especially one treating children. It left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about patient safety.

  Today when I came in the office I mentioned to the front clerk that I don't understand why I was charge a 10 dollar late fee even when I called two days in advance to cancel. I stea dog being polite and explainong she then told me I still had to pay, which I didn't have a problem with doing so I was just inquiring why. The it was time to sign and I signed twice but she kept staring it's not popping up. When I explain that I did sign she felt the need to tell me that it not that big of a deal. Which I then started to state that her tone was very unprofessional she I terupted me and told me to take a seat. This will be the last time my child comes to this facility
