The rep always reassured me I will receive it and I never have. They’ve confirmed my preferred email with me so I know they have my correct contact information. It’s important to me to have autonomy over a prescription I pay for, and it’s starting to feel like I’m getting boxed out to stop me from seeking glasses elsewhere which has tainted an otherwise great experience.
