- TGTierra GrahamNov 3, 20253.0The wait time is long — my appointment was at 12:30pm & my procedure wasn’t over until 6pm & I got there on time. I chose the pill sedation— halfway thru the procedure the Dr suggested the gas sedation because of me enduring pain — I turned it down before the procedure because I wasn’t driving & it cost more than the free pill sedation ($17) — I was billed for it after the procedure for 35$ & no one can tell me why there’s a price change from what I was originally told & I still was in pain under both sedations — for all that money pain pills should be prescribed but they won’t give me anything — I felt rushed out because I was the last person to get a procedure that day — I didn’t rest under the heating pad for 10 minutes after — I wasn’t scheduled for a follow up appointment after & didn’t know if that is normal or not but imma just go to my obgyn cause I have to get birth control & they accept Medicaid anyway—communication isn’t completely clear — people at check in are nice & let me use a charger since I didn’t have my block piece — I don’t plan on using planned parenthood again.

She provided the most support and compassion I believe a person can give in these moments, she made me feel so seen and comfortable the whole time I was there. I truthfully hope she gets a raise, she is a wonderful human being.

I just want to say thank you to all the team at planned parenthood it was a smooth and pleasant visit, it was a 20 minutes wait and the procedure was done within 5 mins.All the medical staff was kind and caring and made sure I felt comfortable and healthy. I traveled from Florida to North Carolina and I’m so grateful for the attention I received .
