- JTJennifer ThompsonNov 26, 20241.0My Dad went through the motions of having the hearing test and decided to get the hearing aids. The older man who helped him was very nice. After 2 weeks of not being able to keep the aids in his ears, he made the decision to return them for a full refund. This was his right, as there was a 30 day return time. When he arrived for his appointment and explained his issues, there was discussion about remedies for keeping the aids in better. No, he didn't want to do that and just wanted his refund. The nice, older man who initially helped him obviously didn't like the fact that he wouldn't be getting his paycheck from my Dad's hearing aids. He proceeded to say rude things to my Dad and belittle him, saying my Dad just wanted the $5k+ back to spend on other things. (Not really his concern though) He was so rude that the receptionist felt the need to ask my Dad if he was ok when he left the older man's office. Customer service is important. This man seemed like a typical salesman. Nice at first, but angry and mean when my Dad didn't do what he wanted. So beware...hearing is important but if you want good customer service, we recommend you do not go to Miracle Ear in Winston Salem or Lexington NC.

The service at the Winston-Salem cinic has always been wonderful. They have been kind, accommodating, and honest in all of the dealings that we have had. Emily at the front desk is so sweet and the two big guys always keep a positive attitude. Whenever I ask them a question they give me a straight answer, but most importantly, they do what they say that they are going to do. Honesty and transparancy is very improatant to me.
