  I had a great experience here at KidsStreet urgent care. I personally came in to do a drug screening and a DOT physical exam for work and they were efficient, didn’t waste any time and the entire staff is so very friendly!

  They have saved us from a terrible ear infection twice now on the weekend. They were so kind and caring even at the end of a long busy day. The staff is well trained and enthusiastic about working with kids. Awesome people, cannot thank them enough!

  Absolutely attentive to the needs of my child. Received great care in office and left feeling reassured and informed about my child’s condition and necessary treatment.

  Reserved time for 6:05. Arrived and checked in at 5:53. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. At 6:50 we still had not been called back. What’s the point for online appointments if they are an hour behind? Waiting for an hour with a sick child is absolutely not enjoyable.

  I had a great experience at MainStreet Family Care in Winston-Salem for my DOT physical. The whole process was very fast and smooth, and Keona, the medical assistant, was especially kind and helpful in guiding me through each step. The office itself is very clean, welcoming, and has a great ambiance that makes you feel comfortable right away. If anyone needs any type of medical services, I highly recommend this office!
