- HCHeather ChannelDec 30, 20212.0Did a COVID Clinical Trial through Tryon Medical Partners and Javara. It was the Moderna clinical trial. At first, they were sweet, attentive and caring. A few months into the trial- when I was experiencing a few health problems- Javara and Tryon Medical Partners were unresponsive and then pushed me off saying they were unrelated. I ended up in ER with arm and leg numbness. This eventually passed, and I went back for blood draws etc. Now I am experiencing problems and I can’t get through to them- they’re not answering their Google voice number or returning calls. Oh and, in the Javara Charlotte office located in Tryon Medical- the front desk gentleman is rude and I heard him talking poorly about patients last time I was there for a blood draw. Just wish they were better and cared more.
