  This is the best pharmacy I have done business with, and I’ve tried several different ones. None of the others I’ve tried can come close to the service I receive at Harris Teeter pharmacy. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. My entire family has switched over to this pharmacy and they’re just as pleased as I am. I would give them ten stars if I could.

  Getting 2 stars for being good besides never filling prescriptions until I got there the last 3 years, or this would be a 1 star review. Had a nightmare of a visit 1/9/25 got a prescription sent in at 8am to prepare for this snowstorm. Confirmed by my provider it was there. I get there at 3:30 pm and the pharmacist at the counter was hard to understand, and kept getting my birthdate wrong. She kept telling me they never got my order in, but wouldn’t check the pickups, only her computer screen. I pulled up my confirmation that they had it and confirmed it was the right pharmacy and she told me I needed to call my provider. Needless to say I switched to CVS instead. CVS had a hard time getting a hold of this pharmacy to get my prescription transferred. But surprise Harris teeter did have it in their system, this lady just didn’t want to do some leg work I guess. So instead of getting my medication on Thursday, I’m now getting it Saturday somewhere else while having to deal with pain that would have been managed if the pharmacist at Harris teeter tried to do her job. I will never be going back to this pharmacy.

  They use to have very friendly staff in the pharmacy, but now they are rude will look at you standing there waiting but will not say a word until they are ready to wait on you, on my way the the pharmacy window I see the pharmacist heading to restroom she was gone for at least 10 to 15 minutes but the other lady in the pharmacy looked at me standing there never said I'll be with you in a few minutes just keep doing what's she's doing, the other lady came back looked at me and started loading something in a shopping cart and after all that the other lady finally came to help, got my medicine but not a thank you or sorry for your wait nothing. I am changing pharmacies even if this one is close to home, I'm not begging anyone to take my money. So sad at the customer service now days.
