My name is James Bodie and with new management the service has indeed been horrible unprofessional and terrible customer service. I dealt with a manager named Crystal who I had to make several trips back and forth. I received a text saying one of my insulins was ready and when I got there was told it was not. Upon frustration Crystal and another worker of asian ethnicity began to giggle and exploit the situation rather than provide a solution by being vague as to when insulin would be ready. This manager Crystal then said order would be ready the next day and instead reversed the order without making me aware after an already unpleasant ordeal. This pharmacy is led and run inefficiently on the part of Crystal and those under her supervision and I would strongly suggest as other reviews indicate to stay clear of this pharmacy if you are looking for a smooth pleasant and efficient experience when picking up refilling and receiving medications on a timely basis

I will change my location to get any medication from another source. As a veteran I have not seen anything this bad all year. Bad choice for the pharmacy department
