I hate shopping for glasses because I’m slow and I know I’ll be wearing them on my face for a year, so I really don’t like being rushed. I’ll also just say it—I have a big head, so I need the big-head section. This place was awesome!!!! Not only did they have a ton of glasses to choose from, but they never rushed me. Every employee worked together, giving their opinions on whether the frames I chose actually looked good on me or not. I felt zero pressure and genuinely felt like the people in the store cared, which is rare these days. I cannot stress enough how amazing the experience was, plus the fast turnaround time. I would tell anyone and everyone to come to this store and this location for glasses. I even ended up buying prescription sunglasses too.

I used the clith with the spray they had given me evertime and look at the scratches from the film coming off. They would not do my glasses over because they said I didn't get the insurance on them. I have never gotten a pair of glasses in my entire life that did this!! Nobody pays for glasses for them to do this and especially not Michael Kors glasses. I will let everyone know about their scam just for you to get the insurance on their glasses. Very UNACCEPTABLE! You lost a customer in me and I hope a lot of other people will think twice before they buy from you!
