From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and respectful, and the visit itself went smoothly. Unfortunately, I was told by the provider that prescriptions would be called in to my pharmacy and that I should start them that evening. When I arrived at the pharmacy a couple of hours later, I was informed that no prescriptions had been sent and nothing was in their system. This was very disappointing, especially since I’m feeling pretty awful and now have to wait another day to hopefully receive the medication, which delays my recovery. Aside from this issue, I was very pleased with the care I received.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been here.. we use Novant for 95% of our care, the other 5% is spent between PENTA and Atrium. I will never go to a different UC. This is hands down the best, quickest, and kindest UC we have had to visit. Thank you to the receptionist, nurse, and provider for their care and compassion of my daughter.
