I thought this added a nice touch. I loved the little clothing store in the front and sense of community. When you came in the front desk knew you by name. I was a member for a year but had to move. Moving is expensive so I asked if I could have my membership canceled but I did it too late in the month. I really needed those funds to move. Make sure you strictly abide by the contract as there is no wiggle room, even for long term members. Ultimately, I was left with a bad experience which is unfortunate.
