I think of my situation as challenging for any oral surgeon. This all started in 1977. I'm on my 4th set of teeth now. My situation seems to require constant motoring and adjusting. If you don't know, when teeth come out by accident or by poor practice the structure of your bones will change over time. I have been witness to this starting with a motorcycle accident in 1977 which has led to 13 root canals. Several of these have caused surrounding failures requiring more root canals and some extractions with bone removal and the saga now continues to include 4 implants and a couple of root redactions.
The team at Forsyth Jawdocs are second to none that I have encountered, and I have encountered many. They are all kind, courteous, and most efficient in their perspective rolls. But beyond all of this someone must be trusted to permanently change your life. If you are as well versed as I am in being the recipient of oral surgeries, you will come to appreciate a doctor who after much collaboration will thoroughly communicate his ideas for plans A, B, and C and what might happen years from now depending on your choice of A, B or C, and what a perspective future plan might look then. I've had the good fortune of treatment at the hands of Dr Smith. Beyond the procedures I've had with him, I can tell you he is very collaborative, both with his partners, with my outside personal dentist and with me.
I have found him to be very skilled at minimizing what everyone fears most. Regarding my most recent experience I can say, the anxiety was far, far worse the the procedure. A team worthy of high praise.
Note to the Doc:
It's still my least favorite hobby. See you next time. Many Thanks, Clyde

From the moment I walked in until the time I left everyone in this office, everyone was very kind and helpful . Dr Smith and his team were helpful and reassuring about my tooth extraction. When I was referred, my dentist had identified the wrong tooth that was infected. The X-ray that was sent excluded the bottom root of my tooth. Thankfully he identified the tooth that was infected and I am appreciate that he took a new X-ray and found the problem. During the procedure they continually asked if I was ok. The lady that helped with payment was extremely nice as well.
I would highly recommend Dr Smith and his team. I would certainly go back if needed.
Excellent experience. Like many I am uncomfortable at any dentist but they made me feel very safe and relaxed.
I had very little discomfort after the procedure and have healed very nicely. Thank you to the excellent, knowledgeable, and caring Drs and staff.
Highly recommend 5 stars
