  The Pharmacist Tiara was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. First she very rudely told me to move back further from where I was standing. ( I was at least 6 feet behind the person in front of me). And then I asked the cashier if she would ask the pharmacist what they would suggest for a symptom I have, and without even looking up she said” go see a doctor”. I was asking for advice on over the counter remedies and she would not take the time to give me advice. She has a horrible attitude. I hope I never have to have any interaction with her again. The rest of the employees in the Pharmacy and store are amazing , helpful and pleasant people.

  I went to get my 30day prescription filled at my local Harris Teeter pharmacy only to be told that I am an opioid naive because I haven't gotten a prescription filled in the last 30 days but was told that I got it controlled at Walmart last month which was a lie they verified it while I was there that it was not true where do they get such crap I have never been to Walmart in the first place they told me that it was to my benefit since I had not been on pain medicine I have been on pain medicine all my life why can't they verify that information I am disabled and have to get a ride to get my prescriptions. It is a holiday weekend and I'm going out of town for 2 weeks she told me that I could have it transferred to another Pharmacy which I know is another lie cuz you cannot transfer control substances I am I am unhappy with this and I'm going to remove all of my prescriptions from this point on from this Pharmacy I didn't get an apology for a screw up the other day and now I want an apology for this one. So to make a long story short they would only give me a 6-day supply out of my 30 day

  Yesterday I went to the store in the pharmacy department, I felt horrible and had problems with my prescription. I was attended by a young girl (I think), very nice, I couldn't take her name, but she was in the area of ​​drop off prescriptions. Definitely the service from her was AMAZING. She recognized that I felt bad and did her best to help me, we need more people like her! and of course without leaving behind the entire team that worked with her. Thank you so much !!
