- CScheyenne sacconeJun 3, 20241.0Unprofessional Phone Customer Service Experience. I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with a woman at the plastic surgery clinic this morning. Despite calling during their supposed operating hours, she insisted she couldn't answer my questions and abruptly ended the call, claiming I had to wait until 8:45 AM. However, the website clearly states they open at 8 AM, leaving me puzzled by her excuse. Not only was she unhelpful, but her tone was disrespectful, and she seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. If she represents this establishment, it raises serious questions about their professionalism and customer service standards. It's concerning that someone in her position lacks the basic knowledge and courtesy required for effective communication with potential clients. My experience was so negative that I question whether this clinic values its customers at all. In the photo below confirms my statement, and shows even the business itself had confirmed those were the business hours.
