  I should have listened to those who warned me. Do not go here. They do not care about best interest of the patient, but their own convenience. I am glad I pulled out before starting my IVF cycle. Don't let them make you believe they are the only fertility clinic in Wilmington because they are not and are certainly not the best.

  I had an egg retrieval recently and had by far the best treatment I could have asked for ! I absolutely LOVE every single person at this clinic 🥰

  We absolutely love WFC! Infertility is a terrible journey but this team has been beyond supportive and loving. Dr Session is incredibly knowledgeable. There was never an issue she didn’t think we could find a solution for. Because of her I now know why I’ve struggled for so long to get pregnant. She connected me with a better OB (I had previously been misdiagnosed). She never looked at my infertility as a roadblock but as a detour to getting pregnant. She’s very forward which my husband and I love about her. We needed someone who was going to tell us exactly what was going on and not fluff it up all the time. The nurse Madison is INCREDIBLE. Never makes me feel like a bother even though I ask a million questions. Jessica, Melissa, Savannah, the whole team is amazing. I see a lot of reviews about the expense but I mean fertility treatments are expensive everywhere…Nathan on the finance team has been so helpful though! If you are struggling to get pregnant, go here! You won’t regret it❤️

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Donna Sessions and the entire team at Wilmington Fertility Center. Dr. Sessions is incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, and thorough. From the very beginning, I felt confident that I was in the best hands. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made a very overwhelming process feel manageable and hopeful. What truly sets this practice apart is the office staff — you interact with them daily, and they are absolutely amazing. Savannah was such a huge part of my journey. She made me feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Madison was also incredible — she got back to me almost immediately every time I reached out, which means everything when you’re going through IVF and emotions are high. This entire team made a difficult and emotional experience so much easier, and I am beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism I received. I would recommend Wilmington Fertility Center and Dr. Sessions without hesitation to anyone starting their fertility journey.

  I was fortunate enough to go through the IVF process at Wilmington Fertility Clinic with my daughter. All of the staff were wonderful and very compassionate and kind. By the end of the process the staff felt like family. Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. From checking in, lab work, to the Doctor I can’t say enough about their excellent service!
