- DMDonny Magee3 days ago5.0Always have a positive visit with Wilmington ENT. Dr Benson reviewed my condition and prescribed a new medication for my problem.. He was very thorough and understanding, overall it was a very pleasant visit with him. I would highly recommend Dr Benson if you are having a problem with either, you ear, nose , or throat. I think you will be very happy that you chose Dr Benson.
- MMMG3 days ago4.0They keep rescheduling my appointments on days where I cannot come in. Whenever I called back no one picks up. But they call me during the day where I am working or in school. I am tired of waiting months to get through to them. They are nice over all. But please dont change patients appointment without trying all means to contact whether its their emergency contact or their email.
- YSYnette Shelkin5 days ago4.0Initial visit and several follow ups went well. Office is efficiently run and staff is helpful and friendly. Very pleased with Dr. Hardy. He is patient and a good listener. I am seeing him for vertigo and we have a management plan. Other doctors at other practices visited were not so helpful. Still being treated but I have hope for a positive outcome.
- RARick Allshouse6 days ago5.0Met Dr Brinson when I suffered from an emergency facial injury. His approach was spot on between assessing radical vs conservative treatment. Every option was explained and a plan and course of action developed with great results. Post operative treatment facility staff were extremely kind and supportive. I would plan on using him and the practice again for ENT issues.
- JPJudy PetersMar 20, 20265.0I have been seeing Dr. Haywood now for 4 years. They had a cancellation and he was able to see me the same day that my primary doctor wanted me to be seen. I had lost my voice and I had a really bad cough. After he got me to a speech therapist he was able to find out why I was coughing so much. He figure out what my problem was and started me on some medication and it took a couple of weeks to get everything corrected. Thank you so much Dr. Haywood!! I am so glad my doctor recommended him to me.
